THE IRREPRESSIBLES PRESENT “NUDE” IN LONDON

“An act of bravery in a cowardly world” – The Independent

After powerful international performances including shows in China, Russia, and next to the vatican in Rome – the modern Art Pop colliders The Irrepressibles bring their controversial live spectacle NUDE to London for the first time. With a brave and honest message of equality, The Irrepressibles second work NUDE moves from the intimate and orchestral, through visceral rock, and into a world of emancipatory electronica. Often compared to PJ Harvey, Kate Bush, and Jeff Buckley Jamie Irrepressible’s ‘remarkable inferno of a voice’ communicates the difficulties of growing up and the joy of love in an art spectacle of light installation, film, contemporary movement, live orchestration and electronics.

They will be supported by experimental composer / poet Ebe Oke and we are honoured to announce that coming over for the show from New York will be the iconic alt-blues torch singer Little Annie.
